1. Agency Role and Third-Party Services

The Agency primarily acts as a travel intermediary and booking agent for independent third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa processors, tour operators, insurance providers, and rail services (“Service Providers”).

The contract for the actual travel service exists between the Client and the relevant Service Provider.

The Agency shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, operational failures, insolvency, safety incidents, or service deficiencies of any third-party provider, except where such loss directly results from the proven negligence or booking error of the Agency.

2. Tour Packages and Organizer Responsibility

Where the Agency assembles or markets bundled travel arrangements or customized tour packages, the Agency acts as the organizer solely to the extent of coordinating booked services.

  • Force majeure events
  • Government actions
  • Travel restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Public health emergencies
  • Circumstances beyond the Agency’s reasonable control

3. Service Fees and Non-Refundability

The Agency may charge professional service fees, consultation fees, visa processing fees, itinerary planning fees, or Travel Agent Service Fees (“TASF”).

  • All service fees are separate from supplier fares or charges
  • Fees become non-refundable once processing or consultation begins
  • Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies

4. Visa Decisions and Immigration Clearance

The issuance of visas, entry permits, immigration approvals, transit permissions, or border clearance remains solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

  • Visa approval is not guaranteed
  • Immigration clearance is not guaranteed
  • Entry into any country cannot be guaranteed
  • Permit approval may vary by authority

5. Client Documentation Responsibilities

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, and completeness of all travel documents.

  • Passports
  • Visas
  • Permits
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Biometric records
  • National identity documents
  • Travel insurance
  • Supporting documentation

6. Travel Risks and Client Responsibility

Travel may involve risks including political instability, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, health hazards, communicable diseases, and local regulatory restrictions.

The Client voluntarily assumes all inherent risks associated with travel.

7. Nusuk Platform and Religious Travel Services

For Hajj, Umrah, or related religious travel services, the Agency acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator in relation to Saudi Ministry-approved systems, including the Nusuk platform.

  • Biometric verification
  • Permit validity
  • Compliance with Saudi regulations
  • Accuracy of submitted information

8. Airline Schedule Changes and Supplier Modifications

Airlines and travel suppliers may modify schedules, routes, baggage policies, seating allocations, or operational procedures without prior notice.

The Client is responsible for reconfirming schedules and complying with updated supplier requirements.

9. Force Majeure

The Agency shall not be deemed in breach of obligations where performance is prevented or delayed due to events beyond reasonable control.

  • Natural disasters
  • War or terrorism
  • Civil unrest
  • Pandemics or epidemics
  • Governmental actions
  • Border closures
  • Labor strikes
  • Airline shutdowns
  • Technological failures

10. AI-Generated Content and Automated Recommendations

Any AI-generated itineraries, chatbot responses, automated recommendations, pricing estimates, or travel suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.

Clients are strongly advised to verify all important travel details with an authorized human consultant before making any booking decision.

11. Taxes, Government Charges, and Regulatory Compliance

All bookings remain subject to applicable taxes, airport charges, withholding obligations, government levies, and regulatory fees imposed by relevant authorities.

12. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks for properly rendered services or validly issued reservations.

  • Collection expenses
  • Legal fees
  • Associated lawful damages

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Agency’s total liability shall be limited to the professional service fees paid directly to the Agency for the relevant transaction.

  • Loss of opportunity
  • Punitive damages

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Clients agree to first provide written notice and allow a reasonable opportunity for amicable resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting travel services, making a booking, submitting documents, or making payment to the Agency, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
