The Agency primarily acts as a travel intermediary and booking agent for independent third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa processors, tour operators, insurance providers, and rail services (“Service Providers”).
The contract for the actual travel service exists between the Client and the relevant Service Provider.
The Agency shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, operational failures, insolvency, safety incidents, or service deficiencies of any third-party provider, except where such loss directly results from the proven negligence or booking error of the Agency.
Where the Agency assembles or markets bundled travel arrangements or customized tour packages, the Agency acts as the organizer solely to the extent of coordinating booked services.
The Agency may charge professional service fees, consultation fees, visa processing fees, itinerary planning fees, or Travel Agent Service Fees (“TASF”).
The issuance of visas, entry permits, immigration approvals, transit permissions, or border clearance remains solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, and completeness of all travel documents.
Travel may involve risks including political instability, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, health hazards, communicable diseases, and local regulatory restrictions.
For Hajj, Umrah, or related religious travel services, the Agency acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator in relation to Saudi Ministry-approved systems, including the Nusuk platform.
Airlines and travel suppliers may modify schedules, routes, baggage policies, seating allocations, or operational procedures without prior notice.
The Client is responsible for reconfirming schedules and complying with updated supplier requirements.
The Agency shall not be deemed in breach of obligations where performance is prevented or delayed due to events beyond reasonable control.
Any AI-generated itineraries, chatbot responses, automated recommendations, pricing estimates, or travel suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.
All bookings remain subject to applicable taxes, airport charges, withholding obligations, government levies, and regulatory fees imposed by relevant authorities.
Clients agree not to initiate fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks for properly rendered services or validly issued reservations.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Agency’s total liability shall be limited to the professional service fees paid directly to the Agency for the relevant transaction.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Clients agree to first provide written notice and allow a reasonable opportunity for amicable resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
