The hotel in Makkah was the best, with well-furnished rooms and a shuttle service. In Madina, the hotel was far and mostly empty. My flight with PIA had good food, but the plane was not comfortable.

The travel agency’s service was outstanding—100/10. Adrees Sb took care of the pilgrims with his whole heart, not just as a job. He stayed up till 2 AM to make sure everyone was settled.
